- Overview
- Recommended Products
Application: Transparent piping basic refrigeration cycle trainer for observing phase change processes.
Compressor: 1/2 hp, 220 volts/single phase/50 Hz, reciprocating;
Refrigerant: R-134a
Condenser: Air-cooled. Trainees can observe the condensation process through a sight glass in the condenser outlet pipe.
Evaporator: Air-cooled; 9 watt fan motor; with transparent piping section
Transparent piping: Transparent piping support for observing refrigerant phase change in the condenser and evaporator.
Receiver and separator: Both transparent/observable; rated operating pressure.
Expansion valve: 3/8" nut fastened or welded; adjustable.
Graphic module: Graphical or simulation panel and control panel, made of powder-coated steel. The graphic panel contains a complete refrigeration circuit diagram, with each component clearly labeled and visible at a 2-meter viewing distance. The actual components are installed in or near the locations shown in the diagram.
Aluminum Panel: 800×600mm (graphic panel); 1000×600mm (automatic module)
Digital Thermometer: Temperature is displayed at no fewer than 6 points, which can be displayed via a panel-mounted digital indicator controller, a multi-channel digital indicator, host software, or any combination thereof. At least 2 of these points must be controllable setpoints.
Data Panel/Software: Measurement points must include at least the compressor suction and discharge, condenser inlet and outlet, expansion unit inlet and outlet, evaporator outlet, and ambient temperature.
Sensors:
T1 Sensor: Compressor discharge temperature sensor, PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, installed at the compressor discharge outlet, used to detect discharge temperature and determine compressor temperature rise; overheat protection training.
T2 Sensor: Condenser outlet (liquid line) temperature sensor, PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, installed at the condenser outlet, upstream of the dryer filter, used to measure condenser subcooling temperature.
T3 Sensor: Expansion valve inlet temperature sensor, PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, installed upstream of the throttling element, used to detect the liquid temperature before the valve.
T4 Sensor: Evaporator outlet temperature sensor, PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, installed in the evaporator outlet pipe, used to detect evaporator temperature and calculate suction superheat.
T5 Sensor: Compressor suction temperature sensor, PT100 platinum resistance thermometer, installed in the compressor return suction pipe, used to collect compressor return temperature for protection monitoring.
P1 Transmitter: High-pressure transmitter, 4-20mA pressure transmitter, installed at the compressor discharge/condenser inlet (high-pressure side), used to monitor condensing pressure; high-pressure protection training.
P2 Transmitter: Low-pressure transmitter, 4-20mA, installed at the evaporator outlet or compressor suction side (low-pressure side), used to monitor evaporation pressure and calculate saturated evaporation temperature.
Interface: Wired network or USB interface for connection to the host.
Software compatible with Windows 10/11, featuring automatic plotting and data logging of Morrillon charts and pressure-enthalpy diagrams.
CE and ISO certifications available. Perpetual license provided.
